Lolo Jones, the winner of both USA championships as well as the World Champion in hurdles has reached her current place with much effort as well as a lot of perseverance. She was also one of the participants of the runner-up team for the relay race of 100 meters. Jones was the winner of both indoor and outdoor hurdles events at the NCAA Championship in 2003. Career After completing her studies in 2005, Jones started to train hard for the track. Jones took home the Torino Memorial in 2005, as well as Ostrava and Heusden track events in the next year.

Brandt was born and raised in Cape Town, South Africa. Her family moved to Auckland New Zealand with her family in her late teens. Lesley Brandt moved with her entire family of New Zealand into Auckland in 1999. In Auckland Brandt started out as sales representative and was later made an expert in IT. Lesley's professional career started with handful of modeling projects. She then appeared in numerous commercials. The year 2008 was the time she finished her studies in acting. In 2009, she began her acting studies, she continued training using the Meisner technique of studying. Lesley Brandt was the first to get a major acting job in New Zealand in TV Drama Diplomatic Immunity. Lesley Brandt appeared in the New Zealand drama Shortland Street, as a visitor supporting character. Later she appeared in a Sci-fi drama called This Is Not My Life based on the anecdotal city of Waimoana. Lesley Brandt starred in the TV series Spartacus: Blood and Sand as Naevia as a hostage. She later appeared in the Spartacus: Gods of the Arena miniseries.
